Dedicated team · onshore · in-house
A dedicated software development team that works as part of yours.
An architect, a project manager, designers, engineers and testers from our own office in Irvine, joined to your people and your priorities. AI agents do the heavy reading and typing; our engineers direct them and review the work.

How the team plugs in
From the first call to software your people use
Here's how a Baytech team joins your business, and how it went for Quest Industries, a Michigan mold-tooling shop whose new ERP two of our engineers built with AI agents.
- 01discovery
Meet the people who'll build it
A Baytech owner and the engineers who'll do the work learn your business first: how your people work and where the time goes.
- 02estimate
Agree the plan and the price
You get a clear estimate of cost and timeline up front, so everyone knows what each phase delivers.
- 03rhythm
Set a working rhythm
Regular sessions with your product owner and one shared channel for every question. At Quest, that was twice a week.
- 04build
Build in short rounds
Working software every round, shown to your team, with your feedback shaping the next. Most of Quest's requests were closed within a week.
- 05test
Test before it ships
Automated tests run on every change, and nothing reaches production without a person's sign-off.
- 06launch
Put it to real work
Your people use it for real work while we keep improving it. At Quest, the group testing it grew from 4 people to more than 11.

What it's like to work with us
American Allied Health had scrapped their online-school project twice with other firms before they came to us. Our team rebuilt it in seven months, working with theirs through one shared channel.
Baytech Consulting got us one consistent source of truth, and there was a clear communication platform via Microsoft Teams. It was easy to work with them because we knew the points of communication and had one platform for contact.
Teams We've Put toWork
Real clients, what they needed, and what a Baytech team did about it.
Quest Industries
Mold tooling and machining, Michigan
Problem: Quoting, jobs and purchasing ran across four or five systems that were never designed to work together, and a big quote could take days.
What we did: Two Baytech engineers, working with AI coding agents, met Quest's team twice a week and turned each round of their feedback into working software.
Result: One system in daily use in about five months. The first quote in it was “like 80% faster.”
American Allied Health
Online healthcare training, Arkansas
Problem: Two earlier attempts with other firms had been scrapped, and the online school still had to be rebuilt from the ground up.
What we did: Ran the rebuild in sprints they could see, with one Microsoft Teams channel for every question, bug and design change.
Result: Launched in seven months, on time and under budget. Average monthly revenue rose more than 20%.
Petra Medical College
Healthcare career college, Arkansas
Problem: An outside firm had spent two years on their online school with little progress.
What we did: Worked from more than 300 Figma mock-ups to build staff, partner and student portals and a public site.
Result: Delivered in five months, on time and under budget.
Sell Your Boards
Electronics recycling buyback
Problem: Orders arrived by email, shipping labels were bought and emailed by hand, and payouts lived in spreadsheets.
What we did: The only one of seven firms to bring a working prototype to the first call, then built the self-service platform with prepaid shipping labels and order tracking.
Result: Switched over with zero downtime: 47 orders and $4,171 paid out in the first week.
MedData
Healthcare revenue services, Fortune 500
Problem: Hospital staff screened patients for coverage against rules for all 50 states, often without an internet connection.
What we did: Built an iPad-ready app that works offline, with a workflow engine and a rules engine that matches patients to programs.
Result: Users adopted it faster than expected. “They are a flexible, open-minded team,” said a MedData program manager.
AJW Attorney Search
Legal recruiting
Problem: Sending candidates to many law firms, and tracking each firm's reply, took a lot of manual work.
What we did: Built an attorney profile and matching system that submits a candidate to several firms at once from the recruiters' own Office 365 mailboxes.
Result: Every firm's response tracked in one place, from submitted to interviewed.
