Ongoing support · after launch
Ongoing software support that keeps your system running every day after launch.
Once your system is live, we watch it around the clock, catch errors as they happen, fix them, test every change and ship it safely. Your team gets software that keeps working, and keeps getting better.
While you sleep
What a night on call looks like
Most software problems start small: one error, one customer, one page that stops working. Here's how we handle one that turns up in the middle of the night.
- 02:14
The error is caught
Sentry records the error the moment a customer hits it, with exactly where it happened. Nobody has to notice it and call us.
- 02:16
We triage it
We check how serious it is, what it affects and what caused it, and decide what happens next.
- 02:41
A fix is written
An engineer fixes the cause, not just the symptom.
- 03:02
Every test runs
Unit, integration, architecture and use-case tests run automatically. If one fails, nothing ships.
- 03:15
It ships safely
The release goes out through an automated pipeline, with a person's approval before it reaches production.
- 07:00
You wake up to green
By the time your team logs in, the problem is gone and every system on the board is green.

Good morning. Everything is running.
The error is fixed, the change passed every test, and the board is green.
An illustrative night: the error, the systems and the times are made up. The steps are how we work.
A real client, every week
Once it's live, the improvements keep coming
Quest Industries, a Michigan mold-tooling and machining shop, sends quotes to customers from the system we built for them every day. The work didn't stop when it went live. This is the loop we run with them.
- 01twice a week
We meet
We sit down with Quest's team twice a week to go over what's working and what isn't.
- 02requests.pptx
They send the list
After each round of testing, Quest's VP of Operations sends a slide deck of requests and bugs.
- 03meeting → tasks
Nothing gets lost
Recorded meetings are turned straight into action items, so every request is written down.
- 04~8,900 tests
Every change is tested
About 5,700 backend and 3,200 frontend tests run on every change. If one fails, nothing deploys.
- 05approval
A person signs off
Production needs a manual approval, so nothing reaches the shop floor unchecked.
- 06shipped
It ships
Most decks are closed within a week, and some items ship the next day.

Systems We Look After Every Day
Real clients whose software we host and manage today, with the same monitoring, error tracking, automated testing and release pipeline behind every one.
Quest Industries
Mold tooling and machining, Michigan
Problem: Five disconnected systems ran on servers in their own building, due for replacement every four to five years.
What we did: Built one system to replace them and moved it onto infrastructure we run. Every change runs the full test suite, errors are tracked in Sentry and pulled for triage, and production needs a person's approval.
Result: No more server refresh every few years, and quotes go to customers from the system every day.
Pacific Southwest Container
Packaging manufacturer, 1,000+ employees
Problem: Recycling pickups, logistics and food-safety audits ran on spreadsheets and email.
What we did: Built three apps for forklift-mounted computers on the floor, and host, monitor and maintain them.
Result: Manual processes gone, real-time dashboards for the floor, and audit-ready records.
RealSource Partners
Commercial real estate
Problem: A three-person team tracking and updating site data from sources that didn't connect.
What we did: Built Pulse, a map-based tool with all of their data in one place, and have kept updating and running it since January 2010.
Result: Revenue up 800% within two years of moving to the new platform.
Costera
Waste transport and environmental services
Problem: The only software on the market was too expensive, didn't fit how they worked, and wouldn't let them control their own data.
What we did: Built their system for quotes, jobs, invoices and government hazardous-waste forms in 2020, and have run and extended it ever since.
Result: About 600 jobs a year run through it. “Baytech has been extremely consistent in the excellence of their service.” Mike Bruno, VP
Sell Your Boards
Electronics recycling buyback
Problem: The business ran on a Squarespace site, emailed orders and payout spreadsheets.
What we did: Built a self-service platform with prepaid shipping labels and order tracking, run its back end on our infrastructure, and watch it with Sentry error monitoring.
Result: Switched over with zero downtime, then 47 orders and $4,171 paid out in the first week.
American Allied Health
Online healthcare training
Problem: Two years with another firm had produced little.
What we did: Built their online school (courses, exams, certificates and a partner portal) in seven months, and host and look after it on our servers.
Result: Average monthly revenue up more than 20% after launch.
Why clients stay
Pacific Southwest Container runs recycling pickups, logistics and food-safety audits on apps we built, used from forklift-mounted computers on the floor. We host them and keep them running.
Baytech sets the gold standard for what a technology partner should be. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our most important systems.
